1. How would you describe your current revenue situation?

I haven’t made a single sale yet (and that’s okay). I have a few early sales, but it's definitely not stable yet. I’m making consistent sales, but there’s plenty of room to grow. I have strong, stable sales and I’m ready to expand big-time. My business revenue is established and solid over the years.

2. How large is your team?

It’s just me (wearing 27 different hats, obviously). I have maybe 1-2 people helping me out. A small but capable team that’s learning the ropes. I have a full team in place, but we need to expand. I’ve got a well-structured team with defined roles.

3. If someone asked for your elevator pitch, you’d say...

“I’m still figuring that out—got some cool ideas though!” “I have a product/service, I’m refining how I talk about it.” “I know my pitch, but I’m working on marketing it bigger and better.” “I’ve got this on lock; now I’m looking for ways to seriously expand.” “I’m a well-known brand in my space. We’re recognized out there.”

4. What keeps you up at night?

“Hoping that my idea actually takes off... eventually.” “Am I going to run out of money before this gets real traction?” “Finding new customers and maybe dealing with early hires who need training.” “Systems, processes, and keeping the culture awesome while we explode in size.” “Sustaining growth, staying relevant, and maybe what’s next for us.”

5. What’s your growth approach right now?

“I’m basically in brainstorm-and-prototype mode.” “I’m testing my market, figuring out the product-market fit.” “I’m trying to bring in more revenue steadily and expand my customer base.” “I’m securing bigger investments or building infrastructure for major expansion.” “I’m more about maintaining, possibly diversifying or acquiring smaller players.”
